Cancellation Policy:
At Desicart, we prioritize customer convenience. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by emailing care@desicart.in with your order number in the subject line. If the order has been shipped, you can refuse delivery at your doorstep, after which we will initiate a refund upon confirmation. No cancellation charges apply.
Return Policy:
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are received in damaged or defective condition. Please report such issues promptly by contacting care@desicart.in and include images of the product if it arrives damaged. Products should be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging. Variants selected incorrectly and items involving personal hygiene (e.g., certain garments or personal care products) are non-returnable.
Conditions for Returns:
– The product should be unused, with intact packaging and labels.
– Broken or tampered products are not accepted.
– Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
– Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive the returned product, the refund/exchange process will be initiated within 3 working days. Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, please provide your bank account details, and the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Shipping Policy:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days and delivered within 5-7 business days based on your location. Reverse pickup services may be limited to specific areas. If a reverse pickup is not available in your area, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure safe packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Include your order ID, registered mobile number, and email on a note inside the return package to expedite processing.
Courier Charges for Returns:
1. Self-shipped returns are eligible for store credits of Rs.100 for up to 500 grams.
2. For each additional 500-gram slab, Rs.50 will be added.
3. We recommend using Speed Post, a reliable service by the Government of India, to minimize courier costs.
4. Store credit rates are fixed, regardless of the courier service used.
